ANTWORT Capital Partners S.C.A., SICAV-RAIF structure is established in Luxembourg as a closed-ended umbrella investment company with variable capital – reserved alternative investment fund governed by the RAIF Law under the form of a partnership limited by shares.
The Fund, qualifies as an AIF in accordance with the AIFM Law.
The umbrella is divided in separate Sub-Funds where each sub-Fund will be a Feeder Fund investing in one single Fund, the Master Fund. The Master Fund is selected through a very rigorous selection process that have been put in place by Antwort Capital. Antwort Capital is aware that investors in our Feeder funds are relying on our capacity to structure things properly and follow best-in-class industry standards.

The Sub-Fund will get exposure to a diversified portfolio of real estate investments in the luxury hospitality sector in prime location by subscribing shares of BOSCALT Hospitality Fund, the Master Fund. a unique partnership leveraging on Edmond de Rothschild’s Private Equity expertise and the BOSCALT Partners’ investment track record in luxury hospitality
BOSCALT is a real estate private equity firm investing in hotels across major European cities. The firm creates substantial value by combining hospitality, real estate, corporate finance and sustainability expertise. BOSCALT Partners is the investment adviser to the BOSCALT Hospitality Fund. BOSCALT Hospitality Fund is a Luxembourg based RAIF-SICAR.
The fund is focused on the upscale to luxury segment of the hotel market, in prime locations of key European cities, requiring a high level of hospitality expertise and resources to deliver long-term value.
